All deliveries within Australia take between 2-7 business days to arrive. These are only estimated times and are susceptible to delivery or postal delays. We endeavour to deliver all purchases within 24-72 hours of receiving the order. An automatic email notification will be sent to your email address of your tracking number. If you require a tracking number, please message our helpful staff and we'll attempt to provide as much information regarding your order as possible. For all international deliveries, we use Registered Air Mail (insured) as the delivery method, which takes between 3-12 business days to arrive. This delivery method is the safest and most cost effective way of international shipping available from Australia. Registered Air Mail (insured) parcels are only trackable via your local postal service, once they arrive in your country. An automatic email notification will be sent to your email address of your tracking number. To track the status of your parcel you will need to visit your Country’s Postal website. Please allow a few days for these tracking details to appear as it will only update once your product arrives in your country.
Please note that recipients outside Australia will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.
We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
The delivery times provided by VIPARO are estimates only. VIPARO will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. VIPARO cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Wherever you’re located, from Albania to Zimbabwe, we’re confident that we can get your VIPARO garment to you! All the relevant shipping prices are located in the “Postage and payments” tab located on the listing.
We use a variety of different postage methods depending on your address. Generally if you’re located within the metropolitan areas of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane we Australia eParcel. All other addresses are shipped out via Express Post with all deliveries taking between 1-4 business days within Australia.
If you’re an overseas customer, we ship via Registered Air Mail (insured), which generally takes 3-12 business days to arrive. An automatic email notification will be sent to your email address you’re your postage tracking number. International parcels shipped via this method are trackable via your local post office’s website once the parcel arrives into your country.
Deliveries are made every business day by 3pm. All orders received before 1pm will be dispatched on that day. Delivery within Australia takes between 1-5 business days to arrive, depending on your address, and delivery to an International address takes between 3-12 business days.
If your payment has been received and successfully cleared into our bank or PayPal account we will immediately ship your item to avoid any delay receiving your item. You shall receive e-mail notifications on both occasions to ensure you’re up-to-date with the status of your order. All e-mails will be sent to the registered e-mail address listed on your account.
We only ship orders out via secure, insured and trackable delivery methods. If you require the tracking number for your parcel, please contact us and we’ll provide you with as much information as possible about your parcel. For all international customers, deliveries are made via Registered Air Mail which is only trackable via your country’s local postal service once the parcel arrives in your country.
Every item that is dispatched can be tracked as we only use safe, insured and trackable methods of delivery. If you feel that delivery is taking longer than expected, don’t panic! Simply contact us and we’ll do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date tracking details available.
In the event that a parcel is lost or delayed, we’ll take it up directly with the delivery company and send out a replacement immediately (if available), so you have absolutely nothing to worry about. We’ll do the rest!
