2011 smash hit comedy ‘Bridesmaids’ starring and written by Kristen Wiig was dubbed the ‘Comedy of the Year’ and went on to being nominated for many awards. But why did it take that one movie to realize women can be smart and funny at the same time?

Upcoming projects: She’s still busy with Parks & Recreation, being renewed for a 9th season and will be starring in the Anchorman sequel.
Why you should follow her – Poehler, along with 2 good friends, Meredith Walker and Amy Miles, started an online community ‘Smart Girls’ empowering young women and the young at heart to cultivate their authentic selves. They also have a youtube channel.
Who: Zooey Deschanel - Famed actress and TV star of 'New Girl', Zooey has fans all over the globe. Her talents don't just extend to acting; she is part of duo 'She & Him'.
Upcoming projects: Zooey is busy with her filming schedule for New Girl, as the third season will premiere this September.
