Refund Policy
As per the The Trade Practices Act listed by the ACCC, unfortunately we DO NOT offer refunds under these circumstances:
- If you simply change your mind or
- Make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit where:
- Garments are faulty;
- Have been wrongly described;
- Are different from a sample shown to you OR
- Do not do what they’re supposed to
For items purchased on Auction, as listed in The Trade Practices Act by the ACCC, the goods are NOT covered by statutory rights.
Please note, that buyers are liable for all return potsage costs back to us.
That being said, VIPARO always strives 100% customer satisfaction, therefore please contact us directly and we will endeavour to resolve any issues or concerns you may have.

- Clearance/Sale Items
There are strictly no refunds and only Store Credits available on Sale or Clearance items. If you would like an exchange, please contact us to see if an exchange is available.
- Faulty Items
If the product is repairable we will attempt to repair the garment for you before replacing it with a new jacket.
Exchange Policy
We are fairly thorough with our measurement descriptions on each individual product listing to ensure that all our customers are well informed of the sizing prior to their purchase. We strongly recommend our customers to compare the measurements provided to a similar garment that they currently own, to ensure the garment fits on arrival and to avoid any lengthy exchange processes.
That being said, we happily exchange for different styles or sizes in the event this does happen, however buyers will be liable for all return postage costs. For Australian customers, return postage via an Express Post satchel is the safest and fastest way to perform an exchange. Please include a spare satchel inside the package, which we’ll use to get your exchange sent out to you without further delay.
For all international customers wanting to perform a style or sizing exchange, buyers will be liable for return postage costs, however please contact us to get a quote on postage for your exchange so we can find the safest and most cost effective delivery method back to you.
