30 day returns for all full priced items
Did you order the wrong size? Not quite what you wanted? We happily accept returns for all full-priced items purchased up to 30 days from when you placed your order. Please ensure that the product is in it's original condition, unworn with tags still attached or the return may be refused. Please note that you will be liable for return postage costs back to us. Simply return your order back to us to the address as listed on our Contact Us page here. Once your return is received, we'll process your refund back to you via the same method you originally paid us. The value of your order, minus postage costs will be refunded. We do not cover bank fees or exchange conversions outside of the full refund.
Exchange or Store Credit for all sale items
For all Sale and Clearance Items, we offer exchanges for different sizes or styles (where available) or store credits to the same value you originally paid, excluding postage costs. Please ensure that the product is in it's original condition, unworn with tags still attached or the return may be refused. To perform the exchange, please arrange to pay for the return postage fee on our website here. For all Australian customers the cost is $20 AUD. For all international customers, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return postage quote. Please note that the value of your order, minus postage costs will be returned as credit or exchanged to another item.
If it's our fault it's on us!
Sometimes (however very rarely) our hard working team makes mistakes! Yes, it's true! Firstly we apologise in advance, however if there's a fault with your item or if you've received the incorrect size or product, we'll happily cover any return postage costs to have it returned back to us and will ship a replacement or the correct order out to you as soon as possible. If a manufacturer's fault occurs, we make every effort to repair or replace the product (if available). This only excludes clearance or sale items that are sold as-is and described so in our product descriptions.

We promise to make your exchange process as pain-free as possible. If you need to arrange an exchange or return, simply download the returns form here. The returns form includes detailed instructions and our returns and exchanges policy in full. Simple, complete all the necessary fields on the returns form such as your name, order number and the reason for the return and include it with your return package to speed up the returns process. If exchanging to another product or size, please check our website for stock availability then contact us to request to place your exchange item on hold.
